**Missão da Função**

Garantir a gestão, segurança, disponibilidade e evolução da infraestrutura tecnológica da Enging, assegurando que todos os sistemas internos e externos (plataforma de monitorização, servidores, redes, bases de dados e comunicação 4G/IoT) funcionam de forma estável, escalável e segura, suportando o crescimento da empresa e a inovação contínua.

**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Gestão da infraestrutura IT: supervisionar servidores, redes internas e sistemas de comunicação dos dispositivos instalados em clientes.
- Segurança e compliance: implementar políticas de cibersegurança industrial (OT/IT), firewalls, backups e gestão de acessos, alinhadas com normas ISO 27001 e regulamentos do setor energético e industrial.
- Suporte a operações: garantir o correto funcionamento da comunicação 4G entre os sistemas instalados em clientes e os servidores da Enging, solucionando incidentes rapidamente.
- Colaboração com equipas de I&D: apoiar no desenvolvimento, testes e deploy de novas versões do software de diagnóstico preditivo, assegurando compatibilidade com a infraestrutura IT.
- Gestão de fornecedores: negociar e acompanhar serviços de servidores remotos, hardware e software críticos para a operação.
- Planeamento estratégico: definir e implementar um roadmap tecnológico que suporte a expansão internacional da Enging, incluindo escalabilidade, redundância e resiliência da plataforma.

**Requisitos Obrigatórios**
- Formação superior em Engenharia Informática, Redes ou áreas similares.
- Experiência em gestão de infraestruturas IT.
- Domínio de redes, VPNs, firewalls, cibersegurança e encriptação de dados.
- Experiência em administração de servidores Linux/Windows.
- Conhecimentos em bases de dados, monitorização de performance e otimização.
- Familiaridade com protocolos de comunicação industrial (Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC-UA) é valorizada.

**Linguística**
- Português (fluente);
