**Your Main Activities Are**
- The role of the Senior Transversal Business Manager is to support the Manager of COO, CCCO, T2RS, Business Development (Transversal Area) to
- Build the strategic planning process for Global Markets Transversal teams, including its mission, communication, HR topics among other initiatives
- Assist in transversal requests (IG, Risk, audits) coming from the Head of GMFO Portugal
- Design and control action plans following team barometer results or any transversal initiative
- Define and help prepare Management meetings, including minutes and actions follow up
- Control and follow up on any transversal initiatives, such as Monthly Forum preparation
- Define, structure and lead projects of strategic relevance to the transversal area

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering
- Minimum work experience of 10 years in Banking, Consulting, Finance or Business Management
- Basic knowledge of the Global Markets product set, business models, revenue and costs drivers, competitive environment and industry trends and genuine appetite to develop this expertise
- Intellectual horsepower to make a major strategic contribution to the future of BNP Paribas’ GM business
- “Consulting” skills, including ability to structure problems into work packages
- Analytical skills including the ability to dig and understand complex situations
- Intellectual rigor, including with numbers
- Comfortable in directly engaging with Senior Management
- Communication skills (oral and writing)
- Agility and adaptability in a highly demanding environment
- Be a role model, supporting and fostering a culture of good conduct
- Demonstrate proactivity, transparency and accountability for identifying and managing conduct risks
