**About the Role**

Join Signal AI’s Premium Social & AI Operations team at a fast-growing AI tech company As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert on Signal’s premium social media data and AI operations—keeping our data assets strong and training AI to deliver real value to customers.

**Smooth operations of complex processes**:

- Manage, maintain, and iterate complex processes and quality assurance
- Conduct regular research and data entry to maintain our social media database
- Troubleshoot and respond to queries relating to our premium social database or concepts
- Continually review and evaluate processes, implementing or automating new ones where beneficial
- Prioritise and shift focus in your day-to-day with Signal AI's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with external providers, providing technical assistance and advice to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes
- Regularly interrogate and analyse complex datasets using SQL or Python and statistical modelling to extract insights that will improve workflow efficiency, refine processes and inform strategic decision-making for technology improvements, operations and financial forecasting
- Provide analysis to inform strategic plans to optimise resource allocation, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency

**Cross-functional collaboration**:

- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform future developments and drive technical requirements
- Partner with Commercial teams to share knowledge and understand client needs, using this to inform further tooling or product improvements in future
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

Must have:

- Proven ability to hit the ground running and pick up new information and skills quickly
- Significant technical knowledge, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, transforming data into actionable insights and scalable solutions
- Expert in analysing complex datasets using SQL (Python desirable) and statistical modelling
- Experience in building positive relationships and proactively liaising with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights from technical information and data to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and delivering under pressure
- Experience using Jira and Salesforce

Preferred
- Strong interest in current affairs and social media
- Experience with Python is advantageous but not essential
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
