**About the job** - The Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply users requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process - The Process Lead Filtering team is responsible for the coordination, monitoring and framework of processes involving tools for combating the financing of terrorism, compliance with sanctions programs, and financial embargoes **Your Main Activities Are** - Follow up on requests for filtering messages to be mapped with the date expected by the business or regulatory norms (annual swift release), the estimated delivery date and the status / progress - Perform the mappings for the messages to be mapped respecting financial security recommendations - Launch/monitor actions to deploy them in production with the different teams (Business teams, GFS teams, Filtering Tuning Team, IT teams) and taking into account IT constraints (Freeze periods, monthly production releases) - Update the associated documentation (tags dictionary, mapping referential, mapping procedure if necessary) - Share to the OPTI management the progress of the actions and the possible risks points of attention **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor Degree in IT / Business / Banking - Up to 7 years of experience in Project Management / IT - Advanced level of English, both written and oral - Knowledge in- MS Office Pack (Excel, Access, PowerBI, Project, Visio and Powerpoint)- Compliance- Critical Thinking - Ability to collaborate / Teamwork - Organizational Skills LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
