We are excited to announce that our BIMMS Family will be growing both in number and expertise. BIMMS is hiring a Human Resources Technician (M/F) to strengthen the team and complement the growth strategy.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Responsible, committed, and team-oriented;
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure onboarding and integration of new employees;
- Handle employee admission and termination procedures;
- Organize and maintain individual employee records;
- Assist in the coordination and identification of training needs and the organization of training plans;
- Support payroll processing;
- Provide support in occupational health and safety processes and work accident reporting;
- Ensure the company's GDPR compliance.
