**_ We are looking for a Demand Planning & Supply Chain analyst to join our team and ensure that our organization meets future demand to continue operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. _**

**_The responsibilities of this position include estimating future demand for vaccines and other pharma products, optimizing inventory levels and ensuring continuous supply of our market._**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Prepare the 36 months horizon Demand Forecast for all portfolio and assure the monthly submission in the Demand Planning tool. Identify and report Risks and Opportunities.
- Ensure the Demand Forecast follow the evolution of market sales and/or the Strategic Business Plan. Analyze, clean, transform and model external and internal data with the goal of finding trends, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making: actual internal sales, historical market sell-in and sell-out data, projection of validated patient demand and project/estimate future market demand.
- Lead the monthly Market Demand Reviews (Sales & Operations Planning/S&OP) assuring the local deployment of the Company Global Operating Model.
- Monitor local inventory levels and escalate the critical situations through the regional Supply Chain Escalation Management process, actively participating on the Regional Tier Weekly Meetings. Monitor the Inventory of Questionable Value and raise the recommendations for financial accruals.
- Participate on the regular regional Community of Practice sponsored by Global/Regional Demand Management teams.
- Take part of the local New Product Introduction Team and engage on the new products launch activities.
- Actively participate on all other business support activities/initiatives.
- Backup resource on the customer support area.

The **primary activities** include but are not limited to:

- ** Demand Planning**

Review Forecast Error Metrics and elaborate action plans to align results with the regional targets

Perform Data Analysis and projects the future demand forecast for the upcoming 36 months horizon

Assure alignment of demand forecast volumes with business plans and finance forecast

Ensure adherence with the Regional Demand Planning Automation process

Identify and report Risks and Opportunities

Prepare and report regularly the rationale for all significant demand changes

Engage on the new products launch activities
- ** Supply Chain**

Monitor closely the inventory levels and sales coverage on the weekly Tier calls with the regional Demand Fulfillment team and highlight the need to escalate issues through the Supply Chain Escalation Management tool

Align with other local stakeholders on the actions plans for all shortage or potential out of stock situations (Quality, Regulatory, Business and Communication areas)

Report the Inventory of Questionable Value and raise the recommendations for financial accruals

Review the safety stocks and elaborate recommendations to the regional Demand Fulfillment team
- ** Integrated Inventory Management System**

Perform Data Analysis and project/estimate the future Validated Patient Demand

Prepare the Product Order Targets and the Customer Order Targets based on the extrapolation of the market Validated Patient Demand and the agreed thresholds for all the materials in scope

Engage with retail market distributors/wholesalers and adjust the local distribution model in line with the ongoing market changes/requirements
- ** Collaborate in Customer Support activities as backup resource**

Review and release retail & hospital orders

Manage urgent and/or partial deliveries assuring liaison between Order to Cash team, business partners and Customers

Execute our Emergency Channel

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience working in the pharma industry
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of GMPs/GDPs
- Good knowledge and experience on Supply Chain activities
- Good knowledge of Pharma Industry environment and legislation
- Strong knowledge of the national pharma market, namely main stakeholders and market intelligence data
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of main functionalities of the Demand Planning/Forecast tools
- Good Knowledge of SAP ECC & SD/MM modules
