**Your responsabilities**:
- Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the **German - Speaking**customer’s claiming foundations.
- Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
- Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
**Our expectations**:
- **You speak German in proficiency**:
- Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- **You want to work in a back office area**:
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
**Main duties**:
- Possible start on 06.02
- Working schedule**:Monday - Friday, 08:00h - 18:00h, full time, 40h/week**:
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- **Work in our modern office in**_**Parque**_ **das**_**Nações**_
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
- **Back office job position - no inbound calls**

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:
- **1100€ gross x14 months**:
- **up to 175€**gross monthly performance bonus
- **up to 75€**gross mothly project bonus
- **up to 20€**gross per month - Transport Allowance
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
**Relocation package**:
- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
