As a Lead HR Partner in our Braga site, you’ll play a key role in shaping a people-first culture that supports innovation and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to develop talent strategies, foster engagement, and ensure our teams have the resources they need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Translating business strategies into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring consistent
- Collaborating with leaders to address HR-related needs and challenges within their business units, supporting them and employees through organizational changes and initiatives.
- Driving key organizational health and employee engagement initiatives with business.
- Managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and
- providing guidance on performance management.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent
- development within their assigned business units.
- Drawing on HR data and KPI to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive improvements in HR practices.
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards

**YOUR BACKROUND**
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- More than 3 years' experience in an HR Partner /HRBP.
- English C1 level
- Solid knowledge of HRIS, Workday is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strategic Thinker.
- Excellent communicator, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solver with excellent analytical skill
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
