As a Senior Manager Technology - Data & Analytics, you’ll work at the heart of cross-functional collaboration between business and technology. You’ll partner with team members from global Commercial Operations, Data Engineering, and Product teams to build impactful data solutions that drive strategic decision-making across regions.

- Lead a high-performing growing team of engineers and business analysts in designing and delivering commercial data solutions that serve global business needs.
- Act as a key liaison between business partners and technology teams, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to prioritize, develop, and launch scalable data products that improve operational efficiency and commercial insights.
- Own end-to-end delivery for Commercial Data & Analytics initiatives, from roadmap planning and epic definition to testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
- Foster a culture of transparency, agility, and continuous improvement through close partnerships across functions and geographies.

- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in commercial data or technology leadership, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of managing and aligning global technology and business teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud and data platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Informatica, and Tableau.
- Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery models and tools such as Jira Align and Confluence.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with an ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
