Bounce powers a 9,000-location network of local businesses offering luggage storage, package acceptance, and more. We aim to build the largest tech-enabled two-way market platform for retail chains and travelers to come together. We aim to build a seamless and easy-to-use app - the “OS for brick & mortar SMB stores” powering new revenue channels at the "flip of a switch." Read more about Bounce's Series A, led by a16z, here Bounce is looking for an experienced and talented founding Senior Recruiter to drive recruiting for our teams. **The role**: **Here are some ways you will make an impact**: - Create and implement full cycle recruiting process from scratch - Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role - Build processes that will help Bounce scale its efforts for years to come - Demonstrates data integrity and experience understanding data to help influence hiring decisions - Ensure data integrity in our ATS and track, analyze and report on hiring metrics to leadership on a regular cadence - Partner with the Bounce Leadership to craft and execute creative strategic plans for sourcing exceptional talent for all roles - At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or agency environment, 2 years of which have been spent recruiting technical talent - A clear and effective communication style, and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences both written and oral - Demonstrable experience in partnering to build and refine the hiring process - Excellent interpersonal skills; you build trust easily and can influence all audiences - A growth mindset and flexibility In-office location: Lisbon, Portugal Bounce is committed to welcoming everyone, regardless of gender identity, orientation or expression.
