If so, then Vestas may have the opportunity for you We are looking for a Global Purchaser to join our Global Service Procurement team. You will become part of a creative global procurement team covering external labor (Maintenance) for the Vestas Service Business globally. You will be reporting to the Director of Service Solutions Procurement in Vestas, located in Aarhus, Denmark. **Responsibilities** Your everyday activities will be characterized by high speed and the requirement to engage in, direct and prioritize between multiple critical projects. Overall expected deliverables include: - Participate in strategy and roadmap development for the Maintenance commodity - Drive and support cross-functional projects within Maintenance - Global lead on annual negotiations, supply base and supply chain optimization - Build a close relationship with key suppliers in the commodity and continue to deliver value through long term supplier account management and partnerships - Take full responsibility to develop and coordinate crane E2E optimization projects - Secure service requirements within Maintenance is part of module teams - Work closely with the matrix regional organization on strategy execution **Qualifications** - 3+ years of experience with strategic procurement - Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering - Experience with handling large yearly procurement budgets - Advanced IT skills (proficient with Microsoft Office Package, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) - We welcome experience within the wind industry - Fluency in English **Competencies** - You will have an open approach to encourage stakeholder input and a structured, fact-based approach to ensure ideas are prioritized and implemented - You should be a collaborator who is determined to see fruitful implementation of the initiatives you direct - You will have an organizational, structured, and fact-based approach to problem solving **What We Offer** We offer a very exciting job in Global Procurement, Service Solutions Procurement, committed to the Vestas Service business, in a flat, multi-cultural, and innovative organization focusing on reaching great results.
