We are looking for an **Intermarket Physical Logistics Trainee** to integrate our Nespresso HUB Import&Export team, part of an international HUB (located in Lisbon) that provides Supply Chain support to all Nespresso markets around the world.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Support on the outbound delivery creation - sending the order list details to the warehouses for order preparation before the loading (daily);
- Support to consolidate and communicate the cross-trade orders, one of the pillars of our business: extraction and detailed information about the suppliers, markets, dates to ensure all documentation is provided on time and flawless;
- Extract and share reports to provide Data and Analytics to the team to support agile execution, on-going visibility, and optimization of the operational tasks.

**ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**
- Degree in Management, Engineering or similar
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Team Player
- Proactivity and willingness to solve problems
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Interest to learn about Logistics & Shipment operations
