Are you an experienced SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager with a passion for driving online excellence? We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead our B2B software company's digital strategies, ensuring heightened visibility, qualified traffic, and optimized conversion rates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, focusing on B2B lead generation.
- Research and recommend site and landing page updates to improve conversion and ranking.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Lead CRO initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, conduct A/B tests, and enhance landing pages for improved conversion rates.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and heat mapping software.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for search engines and conversions.
- Oversee technical SEO aspects, including site structure, mobile optimization, and speed enhancements.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO and CRO specialists, fostering continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and CRO.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in SEO and CRO, preferably in a B2B software context.
- Strong analytical skills, making data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and CRO methodologies.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms.
- Experience in user experience and customer journey optimization.
- Excellent project management skills and team leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
