We are currently seeking a **Senior Data Scientist** to join our growing team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of data-driven solutions that empower our clients to make informed decisions and unlock new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models in complex, business-critical environments.

- ** Responsible AI**: Ensure ethical use of data and compliance with privacy regulations and responsible AI practices.
- ** Innovation**: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and AI.
- **Education**: Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- ** Experience**: 6+ years in data science, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and business impact.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch).
- ** Communication**: Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in English.
