D365 Business Transformation Manager

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the technical expert for D365, providing guidance on its implementation, customization, and optimization.
- Understand internal clients' financial and business processes, and provide recommendations on how D365 can be used to support and improve these processes.
- Configure, customize, and develop solutions within D365 to meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Perform data analysis and mapping, and design and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
- Develop training materials and provide training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of D365.
- Thinking in the end-to-end process, understand how data flows withing the landscape
- Create needed stories to get decisions from senior stakeholders, lead escalations and come up with mitigation approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 developments and technologies, and proactively recommend enhancements and best practices to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of financial and business processes, and how they relate to D365.
- Experience with configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within D365.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, mapping and designing and executing test plans.
- Ability to develop training materials and provide training to end-users.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
