**Purpose**

**Responsibilities**

The ServiceNow System Senior Administrator will work with a team to manage the configuration and maintenance of a ServiceNow system in a fast-paced agile project environment.
- Perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Work directly with the ServiceNow Admin Team to resolve support issues and fulfill their requests within ServiceNow.
- Manage a team of ServiceNow System Administrators.
- Resolve LDAP/SSO related issues and integration-related issues.
- Enable plugins (available or HI portal).
- Create transform maps if necessary to transform the data.
- Modify existing transform maps.
- Add or modify field maps to map the fields into TfSNow.
- Create or modify simple transform map scripts to transfer data smoothly into TfSNow.
- Create/Customize SLAs.
- Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- Table archiving.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow vendor support for planned events, changes, or activities carried out in the ServiceNow datacentre.
- Create Basic Service Catalog UI.
- Promote update sets.
- Resolve service portal related issues.
- Validate ACL for troubleshooting and manage workflow troubleshooting.
- Manage 3rd level support and escalations.

**Technical Skills**

Java, JavaScript, DBMS concepts, ServiceNow ITSM modules, ServiceNow Platform, and Cloud Infrastructure Concepts.

**Role Pre-Requisites**
- Understand the dependency between different ServiceNow platform and cloud components.
- Have experience with ServiceNow datasets, transform maps, and reporting.
- Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology.
