Alpha Wave Experience is a multi-disciplinary art project that create immersive experiences combining the elements of contemporary art, mindfulness and science. The team is continuously growing and we are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to oversee and help in all aspects of the project alongside the Project Leader, Dan Ghenacia.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar management
- Meeting preparation
- Draft pitch decks for investors, partners and venues
- Participate in the creation and execution of exhibition and events
- Oversee and report progress of different aspects of the projects
- Handle logistics
- eye on social networks and communication
- content creation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces and presentations
- Experience in Project Management preferred
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (fluency French is a big plus)
- Experience in art, music and/or tech preferred
