**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and mentor a team of IT Helpdesk professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
Manage and maintain Office365 infrastructure.
Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure.
Design, Develop and manage Power Platform solutions.
Provide consulting services for Office365, including migration, implementation, and management.
Administer Active Directory Infrastructure, Office 365, and AzureAD/EntraID.
Perform backups using Windows Server Backup and Veeam.
Manage and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 communications.
Implement security services and manage networking infrastructure for various clients.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Senior IT Consultant or similar role.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
Proficiency in English (Advanced) and Portuguese (Native)
Strong skills in low-code platforms, particularly Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with Azure Policies and cloud computing.
Expertise in IT management, software engineering, and enterprise software sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Office 365, VMware, and system administration.
Strong understanding of business processes and infrastructure technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
**Professional Experience**:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Experience in managing and maintaining Office365 and Azure infrastructure.
Experience in developing and managing Power Platform solutions.
Experience in system administration and networking.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of IT professionals.
**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in cloud computing and low-code platforms.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud policies.
Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT environments.
