As we are expanding, we are now recruiting the below position: "Senior Sales & Marketing Manager - Real Estate" Job Responsibilities: - Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. - Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding buyers' requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. - Gathering, investigating, and summarizing RE market data and trends to draft reports. - Implementing new sales & marketing plans and advertising. - Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams, continuously developing personal leadership, recruiting, and training skills to meet sales & marketing and human resource objectives. - Maintaining relationships with important clients/agencies by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. - Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. **Requirements**: - 5+ years of applicable experience in Sales & Marketing - Knowledge and experience within the real estate sector are required. - Bachelor in B.A, marketing & communication or equivalent experiences. - Experienced in management or leadership positions is advantageous. - Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis - Superb time management, interpersonal, communication, CS skills. - Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. - The ability to work under pressure, organize in a fast-paced environment, complete multiple projects simultaneously. - The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. **Salary**: From 2,000.00€ per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Leasing Real Estate: 5 years (preferred) - Sales: 5 years (preferred) - working in Real Estate Agencies: 1 year (required) **Language**: - Native or bilingual level of proficiency in English (required)
