To achieve this, we are looking for **Real Estate Consultants with experience**:
**What does a Real Estate Consultant at Engel & Völkers Cascais Group do?**
- Prospecting and analysing the luxury real estate market;
- Property sourcing, mediation, and sale/rental of high-end properties;
- Expanding the client and partner network (sellers and buyers);
- Managing the entire sales process, from listing to closing;
- Conducting Comparative Market Analysis;
- Organising and carrying out property viewings;
- Advising sellers and buyers throughout the whole process;
- Building strong relationships with empathy, support, and professionalism.

**REQUSITIOS MÍNIMOS**:

- Precision, ethics, and professionalism;
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle;
- Residence in Cascais or within a 35-minute commute;
- At least 1 year of experience in the national real estate market (preferably in the luxury segment);
- Strong motivation to work with one of the top real estate brands.
