**What’s the role about?**
Support Supply Chain key initiatives by automating data reporting and visualisation. Create maintain and adapt the excel based models/ concepts into Qlik tools. Identify key data sources and suggest best option to transform and link data together liaising with IT services. Support the implementation of SC standardisation projects EDI, Suex. Standardisation of the outputs and inputs from the ERP systems like master data, transactions, reports and labels. Managing the user access for the supply chain tools and supply chain data libraries. Managing the new developments with IT team. Managing the changes requests together with IT and BI teams. Key role for contating and initiating the IT implementations in Supply chain

**What you’ll do?**:

- SC BI Report & tools creation/maintenance**:

- Work closely with the SC Development team to understand their tools and data requirements.
- Transform the Excel models into BI / Qliksense reports & dashboards.
- Liaise with BI team and IT team to maintain and adjust formulas and logic in the BI tools according to needs.

**- Create & Identify data sources, data cleansing and links**:

- Work closely with GKN IT and external consultants to understand SC data sources to create and to adjust the data to access, protect & process.
- Support and guide to the users for consistent and coherent data cleansing
- Document logics and frequency of report runs
- Generate interactive master data reports for different ERP systems (Eg. item number complexity, supplier numbers)**:

- **Reports Automation**:

- Automate existing data reports (Eg. One stream supply chain monthly reports)
- Automate OMS data loads (Eg. monthly DIO, freight KPIs, etc.)
- Automate the priorities reporting for implementation of EDI and Suex
- Other reporting which is needed to be automated during the day to day business**:

- **Supply Chain Systems Technical Integration**:

- Enable planning and prioritising, implementing the EDI, SUEX implementation (Eg.Customers,suppliers and any other service provider like transport)
- Standardize the internal labels (eg. WIP and FG labels) in GKN to support traceability systems in every ERP system
- Implement the GTL label for the suppliers and implement the customer special labels in ERP or other tools to be inline with customer needs. (Eg. VW new VDA 4994 update)
- Leading the DL on the integration project together with IT and External IT suppliers (Eg.TCS)
- Connecting the GFS systems with GKN DL systems
- Creating Integration support of the traceability systems and MES systems with the ERP systems for the supply chain
- Integration lead for the specific needs from the any part affecting the supply chain systems (Eg.Delivery Document printing server of VW with QAD)
- Any planning tools used in supply chain integration with related system (Eg. ERP)**:

- **Supply Chain Systems Technical Support**:

- Liaise with IT and External system providers for trouble shooting for supply chain systems (Eg. ERP, planning tools, Dashboards etc)
- Being an interface with the IT teams and Plants/Regions/ Global Sc team
- Manage the supply chain libraries archiving and document management
- Creating a processing for testing the fixed processes in systems**:

- **Supply Chain IT Systems Development**:

- Liaise with IT and External system providers for developing supply chain systems (Eg. PF tool, planning tools, Dashboards etc)
- Enable testing for the developed tools by collecting the scenarios from Regions and Plants
- Lead training activities and along the supply chain organisation for the developed system solutions and create documents and videos.
