Operational Effectiveness Analyst

**Job Overview**:IQVIA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals passionate about enhancing operational efficiency through Lean methodologies and process management techniques. As an Operational Effectiveness Specialist, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, data analysis, and process optimization projects to drive productivity and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of Lean initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Participate in value stream mapping and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices.
- Monitor and measure process performance under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
- Track and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of process changes.
- Manage improvement projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables under guidance.
- Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Provide training and support to employees during process changes.
- Address resistance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process automation tools.

**Minimum Required Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
- 1- 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Internship or project experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Salesforce expertise

**Working Environment**:

- Office environment with continuous operation of a personal computer for four hours or more.
- Use of office equipment (computer, printer, telephone, etc.).
