**Your Role **:**As a Finance Controller, you will work under the supervisory of the plant controller to provide insights, recommendations and financial strategies to achieve business objectives. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting the overall growth and success of our technical center based in Lumiar. **Your responsibilities will include the following**:

- **Assist in the preparation of the budget and subsequent processes.**:

- **Prepare internal files for subsequent forecasting and reforecasting.**:

- **Determine and analyze central and functional costs as well as validate the main changes with impact on costs.**:

- **Act as a point of contact regarding invoices to be posted without purchase order and validation of accounts and cost centers.**:

- **Support in the preparation of the established weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.**:

- **Perform analysis and reports to support management.**:
**Your Background**:

- **Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar finance controller role, preferably within a multinational company or the automotive industry.**:

- **Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.**:

- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.**:

- **Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA and PowerBI is a plus.**:

- **Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.**:

- **Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.**:
