**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Lead the analysis and the interpretation of the Iberian Gum category and its consumer trends.
- Develop the long-term strategy per channel/subchannel of the category with the pricing, assortment, POS execution and promotional levers.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team in the elaboration of the Iberia Gum brand and innovation plans.
- Co-lead with the KA the Portuguese TT and CVS customers under his/her responsibility in deploying the assortment, pricing, promo and POS execution strategy.
- Supervise and give support to the category OT specialist in deploying the assortment, pricing, promo and POS execution strategy within the Portuguese OT customers.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Educational background: Degree in Business Administration or similar degree.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is a must.
- At least 5 years of experience as in the FMCG industry in OT channel and 2-3 experience as Category Manager.
- Advanced user of Excel, MS Office, Nielsen and other market reports.
- Previous experience with Spaceman or similar programs is required.
- Previous experience with Power BI would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyse and interpret market research and data and turn these into actionable insights.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment.
