**What you'll be doing**:

- Participating in the onboarding of new employees by participating in onboarding sessions, ensuring an excellent employee experience;
- Collaboration in the organization of cultural events based on the organization's cultural calendar, to promote integration among employees and strengthen the company culture, given the plurality of nationalities and cultures present;
- Supporting in the preparation of data analyses and/or brief reports related to employees, contributing to strategic people management decisions;
- Supporting the promotion of an inclusive work culture, where different cultures are respected and valued.

**What we want from you**:

- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program preferably in Human Resource Management.
- You present an intermediate level of proficiency in written and spoken English
- Communicating and relating to different people comes easy to you;
- You are a proactive problem-solver, and you like to propose new solutions for old issues;
- You have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
