**What you’ll do**
As a consultant in the EMEA Public Cloud team in Portugal you will perform the following tasks:
- Work on internal and customer initiatives in Public Cloud ERP.
- Provide support to both customers and internal SAP Teams.
- Work with a team of other consultants to support customers with their overall Cloud Transformation journey.
- Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations.
**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 0 to up to 3 years of experience in the consulting and/or support business.
- High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen.
- Strategic analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented.
- Flexibility and proven ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese. Spanish is a nice to have.

The EMEA Public Cloud Team supports customers with SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Services. We work collaboratively with customers, partners and internal teams, to drive meaningful business transformation to the Cloud. Our aim is to help our customers create and sustain long term success from their SAP investments.- Act as trusted advisors for Internal SAP Stakeholders and Customers with a focus on Customer Success.
- Support and help to accelerate SAP’s Cloud Strategy to our Customers.
- Provide holistic view of the Customers Cloud Transformation Journey by bridging the gap between business capabilities and technology enablers.
- Support and discover new Customer opportunities for SAP Cloud offerings.
