You will be leading the way in the management of Onsite Merchandising across product ranges to make product discovery seamless for our customers. **What you will do**:
- Build an unparalleled shopping experience across the entire website by collaborating with UX/UI, Marketing, and tech product teams to tell key merchandising stories.
- Adjust the site strategy based on assessment of the competitive landscape (site merchandising strategies of key competitors and best-in-class online retailers) and emerging online trends.
- Identify and develop opportunities for sales growth including range development, bestsellers and category performance.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure all products have images, copy, and pricing in accordance with planned launch dates and local guidelines.
- Define the long-term merchandising strategies across categories and key customer segments and identify areas to improve site conversion.
- Liaise closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience.
- Review on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, covering the full trading team/across all channels using data-driven insight, and using consumer insights to improve merchandising mix.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and an ability to learn new tools and skills quickly.
- Proven work experience in Merchandising in retail and eCommerce.
- Ability to work with different stakeholder across operational teams.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about customer behaviour and utilising data & insight to deliver on behalf of customers.
