Green Hydrogen

**NTU International A/S**is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called**: Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex**and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. **Location**:Bulgaria. **Duration**:The intended start date is **July 2025** (the "**Start Date**") and the period of implementation of the Assignment will be **20 months** from this date (the "**Period of Implementation**"). **Key Expert: Green Hydrogen & Industrial Infrastructure Expert (Cat. II)** **_ ? Qualifications and skills:_** - At least a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (**minimum requirement**). - Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (**minimum requirement**). - Proficiency in hydrogen simulation tools (e.g., H2A, HyOpt, or similar) will be considered an **asset**. **_ ? General professional experience:_** - At least 10 years of professional experience in hydrogen production technologies, industrial infrastructure, and clean energy transition projects (**minimum requirement**). **_ ? Specific professional experience:_** - Experience in planning and developing hydrogen supply chains, as demonstrated by at least 2 projects (**minimum requirement**). - Experience in the technical and economic feasibility of green hydrogen projects, including electrolysis and hydrogen storage, as demonstrated in at least two projects in the expert's CV (**minimum requirement**). - Knowledge of hydrogen policy frameworks, funding mechanisms, and EU regulations will be considered an **asset**. - Experience in industrial park infrastructure development to support hydrogen production will be considered an **asset**. - Experience working on just transition projects and coal-dependent regions in the EU will be considered an **asset**.
