**YOUR ROLE**:
**We are looking for motivated recent graduates to join our Management Consulting team through our Trainee Academy starting in**July 2025**.**

**In this role you will**:

- **Gain valuable experience working in a dynamic business environment, guided by experienced professionals who will support your growth every step of the way;**:

- **Support new and ongoing projects, with or without a technological implementation component;**:

- **Conduct market research and analysis, develop business models and plans, map and optimize processes, design digital journeys, contribute to transformation plans, prepare supporting documentation, and actively participate in the team's activities;**:

- **Participate in continuous training sessions.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Motivated to learn and grow professionally in the Management Consulting area;**:

- **A degree in Management, Economics or a related field;**:

- **Strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset;**:

- **Good communication skills;**:

- **Good level of English.**
