As an Insurance Team Leader, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPIs project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve results.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Closely monitor the SLAs and KPIs of the project.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.

- Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPIs project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve results.
- Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of insurance Customer Advisors.
- Handle insurance escalation calls.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Solid IT skills, especially in MS Excel / MS Office / Google G-suite.
- Keen for the opportunity to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
- APA/CIP qualified or studying towards qualification with experience in the Irish market (Must-Have).
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPIs).
