**Position**:
**POSITION OBJECTIVES**
Advise and sell the products of the represented brand in order to achieve the established goals for the point of sale.
**Job responsibilities**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sell the brand's products and provide a high-level customer service experience throughout the sales process.
- Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Identify, understand, and reframe customers' needs.
- Monitor competitors (special actions, launches, etc.).
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
- Follow up on point-of-sale performance according to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Develop personal and long-lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
- Achieve weekly/monthly retail sales targets.
- Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock levels in each store.
- Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks (reports, orders, etc.).

**PROFILE**

- **Experience**:Experience in retail or the service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
- **Knowledge**:Beauty products, perfumery, and home products.
**CONDITIONS**
