**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a Team Leader and Fullstack Developer (local contract) to join our BPCE IT business Unit.**

The team lead has to be very technically skilled and lead the different projects inside the team. It has to provide assistance to the team when needed and build a solid and consistent team around him.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Main activities are described below:
**Team management**
- Develop and evaluate employees' skills and culture of the automation.
- Support employees so that they are involved in their professional career.
- Clarify, illustrate the possibilities for development and/or needs for skills development and/or direct the employee to the appropriate contacts;
- Organize and facilitate daily the activity of his entity and its interactions with the company
- Appropriate and relay upward, downward and transversal communication.
- Ensure close proximity to employees, top-down communication as part of the deployment of key Company topics (decisions, group info, customer info, etc.) In order to ensure that the hierarchy is aware of any operational difficulties.

**Technical skills**
- Developing front end website architecture.
- Designing user interactions on web pages.
- Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

**Qualifications**:
Mandatory : we expect a person with 5+ years of development experience

Nice to have : 1+ year of team management experience

**Main Technical Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and.Net.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.

**Other requirements**:

- Good level of English - minimum B2 level;
- French is a plus;
- Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment;
- Good communication skills;
- Good priority definition skills;
- Know how on implementing pedagogy methods;
- Ability to work in a team.
