**ConvaTec is recruiting a CRM Agile Business Engineer**

**About the role**:You will be working within the strategic framework set out by the Director of Digital Development and Operations the Software Engineer, playing a leading role in Convatec’s drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels.

Your duties and responsibilities:

- Working with the Product Owners aligned information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions within an Agile framework
- Working with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and contains user stories ready for development
- Accountable for facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as helping to ensure that the development team clearly understands the user stories they are working on
- Creating and maintaining any necessary documentation, such as requirements specifications and change logs
- Advise BUs on how to utilize Agile methodology to achieve their desired outcomes
- Coach junior members of the team
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal
- Not overseeing everything the team does, allowing them to make their own technical decisions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a CRM Agile Business Analyst
- Experience with CRM such as MS Dynamics or other major CRM Solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills within a complex environment
- Understand the business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with all members in a manner that engages all stakeholder groups
- Ability and experience of working independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodology and principles by regularly learning it
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Leadership and people skills to steer engineering & development teams
- Consultative approach with a blend of pragmatism and assertiveness
- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Business related areas
- Fluency in English both verbal and written

**Nice to have**:

- Good understanding of Product Management
- Good knowledge of DevOps principles
- Skilled in Agile tools - Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Experience in Digital Healthcare solutions or Medical Devices would be a big plus
- Working experience in a multicultural and international environment
