**The opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced S**enior Technical Project Manager (Portugal based) for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.**There is a potential opportunity for the role to become permanent at the end of the contract.

In this role, you will manage the delivery of cutting-edge projects for one of our key accounts, with a focus on AI-driven platforms. You will work with a talented team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

**As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Beyond, you’ll**:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- ** AI and Technical Acumen**: You possess a strong passion for and proven proficiency in managing projects that leverage cutting-edge data, AI, and ML technologies. Your expertise extends to translating technical requirements related to real-time data architectures and AI/ML pipelines into actionable plans, and you maintain a proactive approach to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
- ** Google Ecosystem Experience**: Prior experience working for or delivering internal product platforms as a supplier to Google's marketing teams is a significant advantage, demonstrating familiarity with their unique environment and processes.

**Qualifications**
- ** 5+ years of experience as a Project or Delivery Manager**, focused on delivering complex technical solutions in an agency environment
- Experience in managing projects involving data, AI, and ML technologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- While not mandatory, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini) is a plus.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams is a plus.
- Although not a requirement, any relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) can supplement practical experience.
