**What You Will Do**
- Install equipment or systems in locations designated by customers.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment or systems according to established procedures.
- Solve technical problems and diagnose failures in equipment or systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure that all services provided meet the company's quality, safety and compliance standards.
- Assembly and setup of equipment in accordance with Data Center standards.
- Cabling management (Fiber and Copper).
- Physical management of network equipment (Switches, Routers, Firewalls) and patching.
- Configuration of Solutions/Systems.
- Compliance with the goals and objectives outlined by project management.

**Qualifications**
- Technical course or technical certification in the area, a degree in computer engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Complementary technical knowledge and certifications in systems or business network administration.
- At least 5 years of service management.
- At least 5 years of managing helpdesk teams.
- At least 5 years of in-person, remote and telephone support.
