**Job Description**:
Transmission of practical skills and knowledge through on-the-job training in Clinical Trial Operations, such as:
Supporting Senior clinical research associate on clinical trial site management and onsite monitoring activities, in compliance with our company procedures, local laws and regulations, protocol, monitoring plan and associated documents.
Support remote monitoring activities using various tools to ensure that data generated by research sites is complete, accurate and unbiased, and that the rights, safety and welfare of individuals are protected.
**CRA Trainee Profile**:
Core Competencies:
Fluent in Local Language and English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
Ability to understand and analyze data/metrics and act appropriately.
Basic knowledge of clinical research, phases of clinical trials, and current good clinical practices. (preferred)

Extent of Travel:
Ability to travel domestically 40% - 50% of working time
Educational Requirements:
