Terá combo principais responsabilidades: Ser responsável pelo desenvolvimento contínuo e pela evolução das secções de loja da sua responsabilidade; Assegurar uma visão integrada do percurso cliente em loja, de forma a garantir os resultados duradouros, a satisfação e fidelização de um número crescente de clientes; Definir e implementar o plano estratégico do da secção que estará à sua responsabilidade e dinamizar, coordenar e acompanhar a equipa na sua concretização.
