Car Rental Return Agent

**Location: Perafita, Porto **(close to OPO Airport)
**Schedule**:Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 4 work shifts with 12 hours (2 hours break time) and 2 days off.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
- Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
- Carefully completing the return contract;
- Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages;
- Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
- Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Mandatory driving license (B category)
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality
- Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail
- Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills
