We are looking for talent to sustain our growth and maintain a clear focus on new fashion technologies and, in this context, we are currently looking for a Legal Advisor to work in the city of Lisbon.

The**Legal Advisor will be responsible for joining TIMWETECH's legal team, focusing on the analysis, drafting, and review of contracts related to technology and innovative partnerships. This person will act as a technical reference within the department, supporting business areas in structuring contractual models that underpin the company's strategic and innovative operations.

When necessary, the Legal Advisor will mediate legal discussions with partners and clients, ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, and mitigate contractual risks-always collaboratively and aligned with business objectives. The role requires an analytical mindset, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a strong interest in technology, innovation, and corporate law.

**Are you willing to take these responsibilities?**
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts involving technological solutions (SaaS, PaaS, software licensing, technical services) and commercial and engagement campaigns.
- Support business teams in the contractual structuring of new products, programs, and partnerships, ensuring legal security and operational viability.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical and strategic mitigation solutions, with a focus on agility and innovation.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, from drafting to signature, renewal, or termination, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.
- Engage with partners, clients, and suppliers on contractual legal matters, representing the company in a technical and collaborative manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including data protection, intellectual property, and technology sector regulations.
- Work closely with the global legal team and internal departments to align contractual guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide legal support for strategic projects and company growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract templates, internal workflows, and legal policies.
- Assist in managing strategic litigation related to contractual matters, when necessary.
- Support internal training and disseminate legal knowledge to teams involved in contract negotiation and execution.

**Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Lawyers Association registration is desirable.
- Previous experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, preferably in the fields of technology, innovation, and/or corporate law.
- Technical knowledge of contracts involving SaaS, PaaS, software licensing, service provision, and strategic partnerships.
- Fluency in**Portuguese and English, with excellent writing and communication skills in both languages.
- Other language is considered a plus.
- Proactive profile, able to work independently and collaboratively, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good time and priority management.
- Analytical ability and strategic thinking for operating in dynamic and innovative environments.
- Familiarity with data protection, intellectual property, and technology-related regulations is desirable.
