Work for Global Brands in Social Media, Fintech, and Tech

**Location**: Lisbon - On-site (Lisbon - various locations)
️ **Start Dates**: New projects launching every month
️ **Languages**: Spanish native (C2) + English intermediate to fluent (minimum B2)
**Schedule**: Full-time - Rotational shifts (24/7) or fixed (depending on the project)
**Roles**: Content Moderation, Customer Support, B2B Support, Advertising, Digital Banking

Are you a native Spanish speaker looking to start or boost your international career in Lisbon?
We’re recruiting for 3 exciting global projects in the areas of social media (Meta, TikTok), digital banking, and business platforms.

**Projects Overview**:
**1. TikTok - Multilingual Support**
- Content Moderation or General Support
- 24/7 Rotating shifts - 40h/week
- On-site in Lisbon (Parque das Nações)

**2. Digital Banking - B2C Customer Support**
- Case analysis, fraud handling, refund requests, complaint resolution
- Night shifts included - additional compensation as per Portuguese law
- On-site in Lisbon

**3. Meta - Advertiser Support (SMBs)**
- Supporting ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Fixed shifts or rotating (between 07h and 00h)
- On-site in Lisbon

**Requirements**:

- Native-level Spanish (C2)
- English: minimum B2 (tested)
- Minimum 1 year of customer support or related experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication and empathy
- Comfort working with sensitive topics (moderation or financial roles)
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit (Manifestação de Interesse accepted for some roles)
- Availability to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)

**Salary & Conditions (gross)**:
Depending on the project and profile:

- **Base salary**: €870 to €1,050/month (x14 months)
- **Performance bonus**: up to €80 or €300/month (varies by project)
- **Meal allowance**: €7.23/day (net) or monthly up to €154
- **Transport support**: €20/month (when applicable)
- **Accommodation included** (for some roles - conditions apply)
- **Initial training**: Paid (€92.80/week)
- **Night shift allowance**: Paid extra as per Portuguese law
- **Contract**: 6 or 12 months (renewable) - possibility of permanent contract
- **Health and dental insurance** (some roles offer coverage from day 1)
