We are currently looking for** Senior Defect Manager**to join our team.

**Location**:Hybrid, Lisbon.

**Required skills**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Defect Manager;
- Experience in defect management roles;
- Experience with multi-platform testing environments;
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle;
- Knowledge of testing methodologies;
- Experience with tools for defect reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvement;
- Experience with Jira;
- Experience managing the defect life cycle across multiple platforms;
- ISTQB certification or similar (plus);
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
