**YOUR ROLE**:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive data architecture strategy for Generative AI initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
2. Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, efficient data architecture frameworks that support Generative AI models and workflows.
3. Data Governance: Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure the quality, security, and compliance of data used in Generative AI projects.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to integrate data architecture solutions into Generative AI workflows.
6. Innovation: Drive innovation in data architecture practices to enhance the performance and capabilities of Generative AI models.
7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data architects, data engineers, and data analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
8. Vendor Management: Evaluate and establish partnerships with data architecture vendors and technology providers to enhance the Generative AI data ecosystem.
9. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate data-related risks and challenges that may impact the success of Generative AI projects.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Must have

1. MSc in Data Science and System Engineering

2. Certifications in Data Management Professional and Data Architect from DAMA.org

Nice to Have

1. Certifications in data architecture from the main hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft)

2. AI or Data Science Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science could supplement your profile, showcasing a strong foundation in advanced analytics technologies.

**Experience**:
1. Proven Experience: Several years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions, preferably in the context of Generative AI or advanced analytics projects.

2. Leadership: Experience in leading a team of data architects, engineers, or analysts, with a track record of driving successful data architecture initiatives.

4. Strategic Planning: Experience in developing data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

5. Project Management: Experience overseeing end-to-end data architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

**TOP SKILLS**:
Top Skills:
2. Generative AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, Prompt Engineering,models and multimodels, LLM´s, RAG solutions, Multi agent Gen AI Orchestrators and frameworks, with the ability to architect data pipelines that support Generative AI workflows, including AI Trust and risk Sec. Management

3. Data Governance: Expertise in establishing data governance frameworks inline with EU AI Act, ensuring data quality, security, compliance, and privacy in Generative AI projects.

4. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
