**Job Title: Dutch-Speaking Quality Analyst - Video Streaming Platform**

**Location: Lisbon, Portugal**

**We are looking for a talented Dutch-speaking Quality Analyst to join our growing team in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Portugal.**

**Position Overview**:
As a Dutch-Speaking Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of content on our platform. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of video streaming services, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Your expertise in the Dutch language will be essential in maintaining the quality standards for our Dutch-speaking user base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough quality assessments of video content to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, or other issues related to video streaming services.
- Collaborate with the development and content teams to communicate issues and contribute to their resolution.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to address specific quality assurance needs.
- Monitor user feedback and conduct root cause analysis to enhance overall user satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the quality of Dutch-language content.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the video streaming or digital entertainment industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
