Position: Sales Representative

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
- Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
- Managed each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focused on closing sales.
- Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Czech (C2) + Proficiency in English (B2);
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference;
- Proven ability to work and make decisions with mínimal supervision;
- Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order;
- Working in a dynamic environment, with customer satisfaction in mind;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work;
- Extraordinary teammate, thriving in an environment where camaraderie matters.

**OFFER**:

- 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
