We are looking for our next **Customer Support Specialist (Junior Profile)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional post-sale support to our clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically through both verbal and written channels
- Build trust-based relationships with clients through active listening and responsiveness
- Manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Approach problems with a proactive mindset and a focus on effective solutions
- Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored support
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and ensure service quality

**Requirements**:

- Up to 1 year of professional experience in a customer support or client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **Portuguese and English**
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Empathetic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Availability to work from our **Carnaxide** office
