**Your mission will be**
- Leverage your strong understanding of business processes to support requirement gathering, analysis and definition, translating them into scalable reporting solutions.
- Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to fulfill reporting demands.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models within Snowflake to support reporting needs.
- Continuously optimize and refine existing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with business units to understand their reporting and analytics needs
- Provide training and guidance to business users on interpreting data and reports
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across the organization
- Stay up-to-date on the latest business intelligence and data analytics best practices

**We are looking for someone with**
- Degree in a relevant field such as business intelligence or data analytics
- 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understanding of data modeling, governance, and quality principles
