**A Fórum **Selecção **está a recrutar Cash Management Client Support Officer( M/F) para empresa Corporate na área da Banca.**

**Descrição da função**:

- Suporte ao Cliente;**:

- Gerir relação dinâmica, interativa e pró-ativa com os clientes e os stakeholders internos, desde o Front **Office **ao Back **Office **e Funções de Apoio;**:

- Identificar e tratar de forma adequada quaisquer incidentes e/ou reclamações de acordo com os procedimentos e políticas em vigor;**:

- Outras atividades inerentes à função.**

**Requisitos**:

- **Licenciatura **na área Financeira (Gestão, Economia, Finanças);**:

- Experiência em funções similares (preferencial);**:

- Experiência na área da banca;**:

- Experiência em soluções de e-banking e suporte a clientes;**:

- Proficiência em MS Office;**:

- **Inglês **avançado;**:

- Capacidade de gerir prioridades;**:

- Foco e sensibilidade ao risco;**:

- Atitude positiva e espírito de equipa;**:

- Disponibilidade imediata.**

**Horário**:

- 8h diárias, de 2ª a 6ª feira, das 9h às 18h.**

**Condições**:

- A serem abordados em entrevista;**:

- Projeto com duração previsível de 6 meses.**
