**The team you will be a part of**

The Project Management Office Manager supports the Nokia ngERP program by driving and ensuring the implementation of the Nokia project management methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency programs to ensure all ngERP-related projects are delivered according to contractual obligations within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. The PMO manager also ensures executive status and reporting alignment and accuracy.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of the team, you will:

- Ensure that the projects and programs are aligned to operational and strategic objectives and track inter-dependencies of projects within and outside the ngERP program.
- Ongoing tracking with the project managers of the planned time and budget and risk assessment and mitigation across all projects.
- Ensure adherence by the program team to the Nokia project governance framework, ensuring quality documentation and representing the program to the Governance Team as required.
- Collaborate across all S&T and Nokia Business Groups to confirm alignment across the organizations.
- Centralize reporting for the program of the overall progress and health of projects, including the status of milestones and deliverables, financial information (i.e., actuals vs. forecast), and project risks.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in PMO, project governance and project management.
- Able to create and present information clearly and understandably across project and leadership teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems implementations.
