LovelyStay, the hospitality arm of OptylonKrea, is a market leading tech oriented short-term rental property manager. We have built an innovative and unique digital platform and algorithm, enabling us to deliver the most cost & time-effective and pleasant experience to both our property owners and guests.

LovelyStay will be associated with a 150M Euro Venture Capital Fund aiming to develop more than 2,500 serviced apartments across Europe within the next 5 years. To accomplish this, we need to continue to focus on innovating and develop a sophisticated IT platform.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented IT Talent Acquisition person to help us attract globally IT talent for our team. We are searching for a uncommon profile with a wider set of skills such as:
Ability to search and identify, outside of the common channels, possible IT profiles
Ability to connect with them and to pitch our project/business
Good command of IT tools, including Linkedin

What is your mission?
- Develops relationships with search firms, employment agencies, college placement personnel, etc to facilitate applicant database
- Uses different existing social media in order to attract and maintain IT talent pool
- Interacts and manages relations with IT recruitment and outsourcing companies
- Maintains appropriate records and statistics and prepares reports as necessary;
- Onboard and follow up of new employees

What does it take to join the LovelyStay team?

Higher education

**3-5 years of previous experience in**:
IT Talent Acquisition role OR IT Sales role OR Social Media Role
ideally in an IT agency or in a fast growing organisation, in an international environment and in medium sized companies
Experience in searching IT profiles at a global level and in using different platforms such as Linkedin, Github, Meetup
Partner with Universities to implement an internships Program and boost Employer Branding
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Good command of Excel

- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interacting with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels
