**Position Summary**

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Coffee Specialist. Reporting to CRC Team Leader, this professional will be responsible for all the front office contacts with customers for Nespresso brand.

**A Day in the Life of...**
- Welcoming customers and identifying their needs.
- Advising customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
- Initiating customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulating their curiosity about our complete range of products.
- Conducting an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guiding customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance.
- Maximizing the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).

**What Will Make You Successful**
- One
- or two-years’ Experience in Customer Facing (mandatory)
- Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)
- Proficiency in French - Mandatory
- Proficiency in English is an asset
- Good relational and communication skills
- Multitasking
- Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
